3. Does A Hypnotist Have Control Over My Mind?

No. You are in complete control.

When you enter into an agreement with a hypnotherapist to change something about yourself, you are giving them permission to have some control over your thoughts.

Thoughts about how you respond to the situation you agreed to change?

You have 100% power to resist.

You will not do anything against your moral character, nor will you surrender your own free will.

If anything is asked of you while in hypnosis, it is your choice to respond however you want. If you are asked personal questions that you want to keep personal, you will have the power to do so.

While some people do fall into a light sleep and have amnesia, most people remember everything that occurs in hypnosis.
